I have a Bachelor of Arts from the Queensland College of Art, specialising
in illustration. I have always enjoyed painting people and nature. Recently
I have been capturing specific images of nature and introducing the Buddha
images. Indonesian people live with nature and many are also reverential
to Buddha.
I believe
my work represents the Indonesian people’s appreciation and honouring
of nature and beauty through their long history of dedication to art,
dance and worship.
I hope my images can act as an alter piece and go some way in describing
the love and good intentions
I feel toward our close neighbours. My further wish is for us all to continue
in the appreciation of the beauty of nature and the reverence and love
of each other.
